As the banning admin, I am not able to comment other than to say that your concerns have been noted and our head admins are still looking into this. Let me remind you however, that we do have a lot of bans to review, and you by no means take priority. Nor do all of our staff have surround-sound, and thus it may take longer to review the demo than you would expect.

Further still, anyone reviewing this demo will agree that your play does look suspicious, no matter what you say, and your friends are not the ones making the decision. So, please do not come on here saying it is laughable because we disagree, and will be disinclined to hurry things along.

I am sure you can appreciate that we take cheating very seriously on the UK Nemesis servers, and in interest of protecting the players and the integrity of the community, make sure to thoroughly review every ban. Because of this, investigations may sometimes take longer than a few days, but, we always endeavour to do things as quickly as possible, and will let you know the outcome of your appeal.

I've reviewed the demo and I am satisfied that there is no indication of wallhacks.

On a side note, being a player of some ability, I'm sure you hate hackers as much as we do. We try to keep our servers clean and occasionally that can result in someone being banned when they shouldn't be. We have this appeal process in place for that very reason.

It is during the appeal process that we can get a snapshot of what some of our players are really like. In your case, we were immediately met with arrogance and an attitude that was totally unnecessary. While I can understand you might have been annoyed, there was no need to be a dick about it.

You are welcome to play on our servers but shape up your attitude a bit. People that are arseholes are as welcome here as the hackers are.
